It has a pale and brilliant straw yellow, immediately giving a sensation of freshness and liveliness. The nose is fascinating and rich; light note of nettle, elegant notes of exotic fruit, such as grapefruit, passion fruit and mango, with a floral range and a light apricot note that complete it. In the mouth it is harmonious, fruity and highly mineral, with the excellent acidity that a great white wine must have. Excellent taste / smell correspondence.

The color of this sparkling wine is an intense and bright pink petal; the nose is delicate and elegant with notes of red currant, wild strawberries, raspberry, pink grapefruit and candied fruit. The effervescence is fine and persistent. In the mouth it is very pleasant, excellent flavor in balance with the alcohol component, with an almond finish that recalls the drink.
