CONTINUOUS ROSE SPARKLING WINE

Merlot 50% and Petit Verdot 50%

The color of this sparkling wine is an intense and bright pink petal; the nose is delicate and elegant with notes of red currant, wild strawberries, raspberry, pink grapefruit and candied fruit. The effervescence is fine and persistent. In the mouth it is very pleasant, excellent flavor in balance with the alcohol component, with an almond finish that recalls the drink.

It turns out to be an excellent product for the whole meal and an elegant companion for a perfect aperitif.

We aim to obtain a fresh and fruity sparkling wine but with marked evolutionary characteristics that make it increasingly interesting and harmonious.
