The interesting thing is precisely when you see a restaurant owner who offers you something that has fascinated him, who has selected <\/strong> and who has chosen especially for you <\/strong>!<\/p>\n

When I open a wine list and start to see many small businesses, considered niche <\/strong>, as the sale is truly widespread and careful, as if by magic I understand that someone in the company has tried to select.<\/p>\n

I understand that the owner or the sommelier have researched their product, what they love to drink and offer, something that binds well to their philosophy and their history.<\/p>\n

In each territory, the growth in the use of local wines is growing more and more and the restaurateurs show interest and preparation on the local wine cellars, knowing how to recommend their best selections.<\/p>\n

The relationships <\/strong> between producer and restaurateur are growing and I am very happy about this, because the wealth of the territories breathes an air of relationships and relationships throughout the wine supply chain, which ends in my opinion with the final consumer who he loves more and more to live what is proposed to him.<\/p>\n
