How many times have I heard that!!!<\/strong><\/h4>\n

We often hear the two words used erroneously<\/strong> as if they indicated the same professional figure<\/strong>, but this is not quite the case.<\/p>\n

The oenologist<\/strong> is the one who produces wine<\/strong>, has the technical knowledge to carry out a fermentation<\/strong>, and solve any problems if they arise. he knows how to manage a vineyard <\/strong>, understand if there are treatments to be done against fungal diseases, and knows understand <\/strong> when the grapes are ripening <\/strong> strong>.<\/p>\n

The sommelier<\/strong> does not deal with this, but rather has strong communication skills<\/strong>, and is able to tell<\/strong> the product<\/strong> that the winemaker creates managing to involve the person in front of him. He also has detailed knowledge<\/strong> about serving a bottle<\/strong>, the do's and don'ts of serving, and is very good at creating very interesting pairings<\/strong> between food and wine<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Two very different figures<\/strong> but which complement each other within a sector where there is need for both professionals<\/strong>!<\/p>\n
