Capita moltissime volte di vedere una persona esperta degustare un vino<\/strong> e non capire effettivamente che cosa stia percependo.<\/p>\n

Molte volte, prima di immergermi in questo mondo, mi sono sentito quasi in difetto nei confronti di questo settore.<\/p>\n

But do you know why?<\/p>\n

Because I didn't even know the basics.<\/p>\n

Non conoscevo neppure quale logica quell\u2019individuo di fronte a me stesse seguendo.<\/p>\n

But what will the taster look for in that glass?<\/strong><\/p>\n

In primis<\/em> si deve assicurare che non vi siamo difetti e anomalie<\/strong> that can immediately consider the product as not quality, should it strongly compromise that particular wine.<\/p>\n

Successivamente<\/em> the taster's task is to go in depth<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Esistono diversi approcci degustativi che hanno come obiettivo delle considerazioni diverse:<\/p>\n

– The descriptive approach with an overall judgment<\/strong><\/p>\n

– The critical approach with a qualitative evaluation<\/strong><\/p>\n

Which is the best?<\/p>\n

Diciamo che non esiste effettivamente un miglior approccio<\/em> because an excellent taster becomes one over time and with experiences, having well in mind and automating all the basic principles that follow during a tasting.<\/p>\n

But what does it mean to taste a wine...<\/em><\/p>\n

Significa valutarne le caratteristiche organolettiche<\/strong>, individuarne magari le best methods of use<\/strong> and understand what kind of work is behind it.<\/p>\n

Lo devo capire e percepire.<\/p>\n

As I get better I can individuare il possibile abbinamento<\/strong>, lo posso confrontare con altri prodotti<\/strong> degustati andandolo a collocare sul mercato come \u201cmass market\u201d o \u201cpremium\u201d<\/strong>, oppure addirittura individuare la nazione di produzione o la zona.<\/p>\n

Where you want to go, only you can decide, and like all things, you just have to start to understand if it is the right world to discover.<\/p>\n

One thing I can tell you... it will definitely be worth it!!!<\/strong><\/p>\n
