The monastery integrated the vine and the transformation of grapes into wine, an essential element of the Holy Mass.<\/p>\n

The spread together with the construction of religious centers was also very important to the American continent.<\/p>\n

We arrive at the mid-19th century <\/strong> where Vitis Vinifera, for commercial purposes, through French and Italian blends was strongly introduced in the North ord of America and Australia <\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Verso la fine dell\u2019800\u00a0<\/strong> l\u2019Enologia e la viticoltura iniziarono ad essere fortemente studiate con affermazione anche in Italy<\/strong> di numerosi centri Agronomici specializzati nell\u2019enologia.<\/p>\n

Nel 1856, con il riconoscimento e l\u2019avvento della fillossera e delle prime malattie fungine, questi centri giocarono un ruolo fondamentale di ricerca.<\/p>\n
