Can wine help?<\/strong><\/h3>\n

There are those who think and are studying in this direction. Even with the awareness that behind a glass of wine, particularly red wine, there is an important nutraceutical contribution, it is still pure utopia to think of defeating epidemics with the nectar of Bacchus.<\/p>\n

But there are some important aspects that I think we should know, that the vine can give us perhaps in response to the same difficulties that have always existed in nature and for which it has had to equip itself for its survival.<\/p>\n

In nature, the vine has equipped itself with its own weapons, and sometimes those same weapons have shown undoubted benefits for humans.<\/p>\n

The amount of resveratrol present in wine depends primarily on the variety, as well as external factors and stress conditions.<\/p>\n

N<\/strong>In red wines, the concentration of resveratrol can reach around 3 mg\/L while in white wines it is around one.<\/strong><\/p>\n

We do not today have the pretense of making unfounded fantasies, but there are those who are looking in this direction. <\/em><\/p>\n
