\nThe answer is in our project<\/em>.<\/p>\n

We want to stay in
\ntime, leave something more than a humble sip.
\nEverything is born at the end of a master of \"Viticulture and Enology\".
\nPrevious experiences in the world of wine have led to
\nbuilding a project based on the BIO<\/strong>, on respect and
\non the desire to market a way of working and
\nconceive the products.<\/p>\n

Are Letizia Martel<\/strong>l<\/strong>i<\/strong><\/em>, PhD in "Environmental Sciences" e Christian Carignani<\/strong><\/em>, Enologist, graduated in Pisa and in 2012<\/strong> we gave birth to our company<\/strong>, to the our dream<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

From a simple analysis of the terrain comes the curiosity to understand
\neven better the real potential of a single vineyard body of
\njust 3 protected by a nature reserve.
\n6 months later the company takes shape and
\nwith her the first vinifications.
\nOver time, everything was consolidated
\nin a natural and spontaneous way.<\/p>\n

This spot that surrounds the vineyard continues to enclose<\/em><\/strong>
\nprojects, simplicity and pure passion.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n
